These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all services provided by lepak44. By registering an account or using any lepak44 product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be terminated upon detection. KYC identity verification is mandatory before first withdrawal.
All lepak44 services are strictly available to adults aged 21 and above. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. lepak44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions above defined thresholds.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual wagering requirements specified at the point of offer. General bonus terms apply in addition to promotion-specific terms. Abuse of promotional structures may result in forfeiture and account suspension.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of prohibited software, fraudulent chargebacks, and any form of manipulation of game outcomes are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
References to "days" mean calendar days unless otherwise specified. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English; in the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Minimum Age. Access to all lepak44 services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. lepak44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. lepak44 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with accounts found to be in violation of this rule.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the account registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify lepak44 promptly of any changes.
2.4 KYC Verification. Account registration does not automatically confer the right to withdraw funds. Prior to your first withdrawal — and at lepak44's discretion at any subsequent point — you will be required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification (Malaysian IC or passport), proof of address, and any additional documentation requested. Failure to complete KYC within the time specified may result in account suspension.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. lepak44 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you confirm that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location.
2.6 Prohibited Registrants. The following persons are ineligible to register or hold an Account:
3.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, share your Account, or permit another individual to access or use your Account under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify lepak44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. lepak44 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or from your authorising or permitting a third party to access your Account.
3.3 Account Activity Responsibility. Subject to Section 3.2, you are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You agree to cooperate with lepak44 in any investigation of suspected unauthorised Account activity.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. lepak44 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional Account security measure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA through their Account Settings. lepak44 bears no liability for Account compromises where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lepak44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods displayed in the Account banking section, which may include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Own Funds Requirement. All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including the accounts of family members, friends, or any other individual — are prohibited. lepak44 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend the associated Account where a third-party funding source is identified.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. lepak44 does not impose fees on deposits made through supported methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which lepak44 bears no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawal requests will be processed only after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit, or, where this is not possible, to a payment method in the Player's own name following verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are specified in the Account banking section.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. lepak44 aims to process withdrawal requests for verified accounts within the timeframes displayed in the banking section. E-wallet withdrawals are typically credited within 10–15 minutes; bank transfer timelines may vary. lepak44 is not responsible for delays attributable to your payment provider's processing times.
4.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. lepak44 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances, as specified in the Account management section. Players will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an Account balance below zero.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by lepak44 are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, as communicated at the point of offer. These General Bonus Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, promotion-specific terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal as cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions will be specified in the promotion-specific terms. Wagers placed on games with a Wagering Requirement contribution rate of 0% do not count towards Wagering Requirement fulfilment.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not utilised within the validity period specified in the promotion-specific terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. lepak44 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate an Account, where lepak44 determines — in its reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim promotions; using low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil Wagering Requirements with minimal financial exposure; and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay.
5.5 No Promotion Entitlement. Participation in any promotion is at lepak44's discretion. lepak44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players have no entitlement to any bonus or promotional offer that has not been formally credited to their Account.
6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game category available on lepak44 — including the Sportsbook, lepak44 Casino, Slots, Toto 4D, and Jackpot games — is governed by specific rules accessible within the respective game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.
6.2 Bet Finality. Subject to the provisions of Section 6.3, all bets placed and accepted by the lepak44 system are final and binding. Requests to cancel or amend placed bets will not be accepted except in circumstances where lepak44 exercises its discretion under Sections 6.3 or 6.4.
6.3 Obvious Errors. lepak44 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or with parameters that contain a manifest error, including but not limited to: pricing errors, incorrect game configurations, technical faults, or data feed errors. In such circumstances, wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the Account. lepak44 will exercise this right reasonably and in good faith.
6.4 Suspended and Cancelled Events. In the event that a sporting event is suspended, cancelled, or otherwise fails to meet the settlement criteria applicable to a bet, lepak44 will apply the rules set out in the relevant Sportsbook terms. Generally, bets on cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned, unless a result has been officially determined prior to cancellation.
6.5 Maximum Payouts. Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all product categories. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the respective game and betting interfaces. Winnings in excess of applicable maximum payout limits are subject to capping at the stated maximum.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lepak44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and — where legally required — reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
8.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. lepak44 is committed to the wellbeing of its players and maintains a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all Account holders at no charge through the Account Settings section. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may activate a self-exclusion through Account Settings or by contacting lepak44 support. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 5 years, and permanent self-exclusion is also available. During a self-exclusion period, lepak44 will take all reasonable measures to prevent access to the Account, including restricting marketing communications.
8.3 Age Restriction Enforcement. Access to all gaming services on lepak44 is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. lepak44 operates age verification procedures as part of the registration and KYC process and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
8.4 Reality Checks. Session duration reminders can be configured through Account Settings to alert players when a specified playing period has elapsed. lepak44 recommends that all players set session reminders as a routine habit, particularly during extended gaming sessions.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the lepak44 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, data compilations, and game content — is owned by or licensed to lepak44 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without lepak44's prior written consent.
9.3 Prohibited Technical Interference. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform in any manner.
10.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by lepak44 is governed by the lepak44 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Data Processing for Compliance. lepak44 processes personal data for the purposes of operating the Platform, processing transactions, conducting KYC and anti-money-laundering checks, complying with applicable legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10.3 Data Retention. lepak44 retains Account and transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law or regulation. Responsible gaming records, including self-exclusion history, are retained indefinitely to support enforcement of exclusion requests.
11.1 Platform Availability. lepak44 aims to provide continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond lepak44's reasonable control. lepak44 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
11.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lepak44 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm.
11.3 Force Majeure. lepak44 shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or infrastructure failures.
11.4 Cap on Liability. Where lepak44's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, lepak44's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Termination by lepak44. lepak44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
12.2 Effects of Termination. Upon Account termination, any pending bonus or promotional balances will be forfeited. Cash balances (less any amounts subject to investigation) will be made available for withdrawal following the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation processes. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations of either party arising prior to the termination date.
12.3 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting lepak44 support. Account closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus allocations and subject to withdrawal of any remaining balance.
13.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms & Conditions, you should first raise the matter with lepak44's customer support team. lepak44 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and in good faith. Please provide all relevant Account details, transaction references, and a clear description of the nature of your complaint when submitting a dispute.
13.2 Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved through first-line customer support, you may escalate the matter as a formal complaint. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 5 business days and responded to substantively within 28 days of acknowledgement.
13.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
13.4 Bet Disputes. All bet settlement decisions made by lepak44 — including decisions on voided bets, cancelled events, and obvious error corrections — are final subject only to the formal complaints process described in Section 13.2.
14.1 Right to Amend. lepak44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for reasons including, but not limited to, changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in the Platform's services or products, changes in business operations, or corrections of errors or ambiguities.
14.2 Notice of Changes. Where amendments are material — affecting Players' rights or obligations in a significant way — lepak44 will provide reasonable prior notice through the Platform interface, by email to the registered Account address, or by both means. Non-material amendments (including clarifications, grammatical corrections, and formatting changes) may take effect without prior notice.
14.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 prior to the amendment's effective date.
